Shipping Range
We currently ship within Australia only, delivering to residential and business addresses across all states and territories. We may expand to additional destinations in the future.

Free standard shipping on all orders across Australia — no minimum spend required. The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay. There are no hidden fees.

- Weekend & Public Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Cancellation

Returns

- Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Personalised items cannot be returned.
- Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered — in which case Olsuna covers all return costs.
- Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item and issued to the original payment method.

Restocking Fee
None. Olsuna does not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Return Delivery Costs
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: No cost to the customer. Olsuna covers all return shipping costs where the product is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrectly delivered.
Change of Mind: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This applies when the customer ordered the wrong product, the item does not meet expectations, or the customer no longer wants the item.
